BBQ Corn on the Cob


6 cobs of fresh corn, husks removed
1 tsp chilli powder or cayenne pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
 some salt
 some freshly ground pepper
 some dried oregano
120 g butter, softened

Preparation Method

Mix together the chilli, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano.
Blend in the butter.

Apply mixture to the corns and place each onto a large piece of aluminium foil. Wrap and twist the ends to close.

Barbecue, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes until tender.
