BBQ Corn on the Cob


6cobs of fresh corn, husks removed
1 tspchilli powder or cayenne pepper
1onion, finely chopped
2 clove(s)garlic, finely chopped
 somefreshly ground pepper
 somedried oregano
120 gbutter, softened

Preparation Method

Mix together the chilli, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano.
Blend in the butter.

Apply mixture to the corns and place each onto a large piece of aluminium foil. Wrap and twist the ends to close.

Barbecue, turning occasionally, for about 30 minutes until tender.
