|800 g||green asparagus, woody ends removed|
|2 tbsp.||unsalted pistachio kernels, roughly chopped|
|For the Dressing:|
|60 ml||olive oil|
|5 tbsp.||fresh lemon juice|
|1 pinch(es)||freshly ground black pepper|
Mix dressing ingredients well.
Grill asparagus on a BBQ plate, turning, for about 4 minutes.
Serve immediately drizzled with the dressing and sprinkled with pistachios.
