BBQ Green Asparagus


800 g green asparagus, woody ends removed
2 tbsp. unsalted pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
For the Dressing:
60 ml olive oil
5 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Mustard
1 pinch(es) Salt
1 pinch(es) freshly ground black pepper


Preparation Method

Mix dressing ingredients well.

Grill asparagus on a BBQ plate, turning, for about 4 minutes.

Serve immediately drizzled with the dressing and sprinkled with pistachios.
