Bread Pudding in the Toaster Oven

Ingredients

Serves: 12

  • 6 slices day-old bread, torn into rough, medium-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Preparation method

Prep: 30 mins     | Cook: 45 mins

  1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place bread in an 8×8-inch baking dish. Cover with melted butter and toss with raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with remaining ingredients. Then add to the baking dish and make sure bread is submerged under the egg mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
