|4 tbsp.||fish sauce|
|2 tbsp.||fresh lime juice|
|4 small||red chillies, finely chopped|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, finely chopped|
|1||carrot, finely chopped or shredded|
|2 tsp||coriander leaves, finely chopped|
Combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chillies and garlic and mix well. Cover and store in the fridge.
About 2 hours before serving stir in the carrot and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately with e.g. Marinated BBQ Beef Skewers.
Tip: Feel free to adjust the quantity of each ingredient to suit your own taste.
