Curry Dip



1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
125 ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp apricot jam,
1 dash(es) salt
2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation Method


Heat cooking oil in a pot and gently fry the onions. Add the curry powder and fry for a few minutes.

Remove from the heat, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill before serving

Preparation time around 20 minutes
