Easter Ham


2 kg boneless ham, cooked
55 ml honey
5 tsp mustard
5 tsp cloves, ground
5 tsp cinnamon, ground
300 ml lemon lime soda

Preparation Method

Put ham and lemon-lime soda into a crock pot. Cover it and cook at 80�C for about 4-6 hours.

In a bowl combine honey, cloves, mustard and cinnamon 30 minutes before serving. Add 3 tbsp. drippings from ham in crock pot. Spread glaze over ham and continue cooking.

Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
