Easter Lamb Cake


75 g butter
75 g cornflour
75 g sugar
75 g flour
75 g nuts, grated
1 dash(es) salt
1/2 pack(s) vanilla sugar
1/2 pack(s) baking powder
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp. rum
 some butter, for the baking tin


Preparation Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 40 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together all ingredients with an electric wire whisk until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 190 C.

Pour the dough into a buttered Easter lamb baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
