Easter Lamb Cake

Ingredients

75 gbutter
75 gcornflour
75 gsugar
75 gflour
75 gnuts, grated
1 dash(es)salt
1/2 pack(s)vanilla sugar
1/2 pack(s)baking powder
2 mediumeggs
2 tbsp.rum
 somebutter, for the baking tin

 

Preparation Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 40 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together all ingredients with an electric wire whisk until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 190 C.

Pour the dough into a buttered Easter lamb baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
