Fruit Smoothie


350 ml orange juice
2 tbsp yoghurt
500 g frozen berries, mixed
1 banana
2 tbsp sugar


Preparation method

Put all ingredients into a blender except a couple of berries for decoration. Blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses, put 1-2 berries and a sprig of peppermint on top, serve with thick straw.

If you use fresh berries either freeze them or add several ice cubes to the blend to get the right consistency.

This smoothie can be made with almost any fruit, the banana is helpful for the consistency. Try strawberry with the banana e.g.
Reduce the calories by using low-cal yoghurt and substitute the sugar with your favorite sweetener.
