Mango Kiwi Shake

Ingredients

½ mango, peeled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
0.2 pineapple, peeled and sliced
350 ml pineapple juice
6 mint leaves

Preparation method

Place mango, pineapple and kiwi into a blender, add the pineapple juice and process until smooth. Add the mint and mix briefly, the mint should be just roughly chopped to add nice bright green dots to the yellow juice.

Pour the shake into a glass and serve garnished with fruit or mint.
