Ingredient explanations

Micronized Creatine

Platinum Creatine, manufactured by MuscleTech, contains per serving 5,000mg (5g) of micronized creatine – an organic acid synthesised primarily in the liver, kidneys and, to a lesser extent, in the pancreas. Creatine occurs naturally in animals, helping recover levels of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in muscles and other tissues. ATP is an intricate chemical sometimes called the “energy currency of cells”. More available creatine therefore means there is more ATP available to provide energy to muscles, allowing longer work-outs and more muscle growth. The International Society of Sports Nutrition labelled creatine “the most effective ergogenic nutritional supplement currently available to athletes in terms of increasing high-intensity exercise capacity and lean body mass during training.”

Manufacturer Description

Creatine is able to rapidly enhance your muscle cells’ ability to regenerate adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is your primary source of anaerobic energy. The creatine monohydrate in Platinum 100% Creatine is changed into a molecule called phosphocreatine, which serves as a storage reservoir for regenerating ATP. With higher ATP levels, you’ll be able to train harder and recover faster between each set – allowing you to do more work in less time. With higher volume, you can make more gains and get bigger and stronger! In fact, in just one clinical study, subjects using the dose of creatine found in one max serving of Platinum 100% Creatine gained an amazing 6 lbs. of muscle in just 6 weeks. And in a separate study, test subjects increased their bench press strength by an amazing 18.6% in just 10 days!

Consumer Testimonials

“This has been the best unflavored creatine powder I have had. I have used it for a month now, and I can say that it has tremendously help my gains. I did the loading phase as recommended and now I take it immediately after my workout. It does not alter the taste of my chocolate flavored protein shake at all. I have also had it in fruit smoothies and it has no impact to taste. Heavy weights, low reps, lots of water, whey protein and this powder = gains. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been taking this product for a few days now. It’s tasteless, which is a good thing. I simply mix it with cold water since I’m a super busy person. I’ve notice some change in my body since taking this product. Definitely, it’s something I will be purchasing again. The only thing is that it does make me want to use the restroom approximately 30 min to an hour later.”

“This has been a great product I have been using the past month. I have never used creatine before so I didn’t know what to expect. Muscles have felt fuller and recover has been better. I have noticed some small increases in strength as well over the past month. This mixes well with no flavor and can be added to anything. Great product to have as a staple.”
