TestoFuel is essentially a formula to increase testosterone levels, it has been around for a while (which is positive) and it gets results fast, making it the number 1 rated testosterone booster for bodybuilders. Although it’s main aim is muscle growth, TestoFuel also has various other benefits. So, this supplement is useful for almost anyone’s fitness goals.
What does TestoFuel do?
- Encourages the body to release testosterone.
- Guaranteed to work in 90 days…or your money back.
- Real muscle growth.
- Increases sex drive.
- Reduces body fat.
What's in TestoFuel
- Oyster extract – high in zinc, increasing testosterone levels and lowing estrogen.
- Vitamin D.
- D-Aspartic Acid – an amino acid that plays a vital role in sex hormone production.
- Magnesium – important for the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins.
- Vitamin B6 – important for the regulation of testosterone.
- Vitamin K2 – maintains testosterone levels in the testes and plasma.
D-aspartic acid (D-AA)
Though this is one of two amino acids known as aspartic acids (the other being l-aspartate), the medical values of D-aspartic acid are entirely specific to it. The usual daily dose for adult males is 2,000-3,000 mg. For infertile men, D-AA can be used to increase testosterone levels; for athletes it can be used as a temporary booster.
D-AA works in the brain to trigger a release of hormones. Studies indicate that D-AA is concentrated in the glands accountable for sexual functioning. D-AA initiates the release of Luteinizing Hormone, which in turn triggers the testes to produce testosterone. A boost in testosterone levels reduces the amount of estrogen, which helps men avoid ungainly female attributes (the most obvious being the infamous “Man Boobs”).
In short, the addition of D-aspartic acid in testosterone supplements can be summed up thus: “We demonstrated that D-aspartic acid, which occurs as a physiological compound in the mammalian pituitary and testis, has a role in the regulation of the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone.”
One of the more familiar vitamins, vitamin D is produced by exposure to sunlight (by a reaction with ultraviolet light) . It can also be obtained by consuming various foodstuffs, including oily fish, dairy products and cereals. It’s preferable to gain vitamin D from the above sources, but a study published in 2010 reported: “We aimed to evaluate whether vitamin D supplementation influences testosterone levels in men. Our results suggest that vitamin D supplementation might increase testosterone levels.”
Oysters are the quintessential aphrodisiac (though champagne gives them a run for their money). Just ask Casanova, who devoured oysters by the truckload.
In 2005, The Daily Telegraph journalist Adam Lusher reported that oysters are rich in amino acids that generate increased levels of sex hormones. One of the amino acids present in oysters was the aforementioned D-aspartic acid. In an article titled 6 Foods That Boost Testosterone, oysters came out top. Oysters are well-known to contain unusually high levels of zinc (a natural testosterone booster in its own right). Indeed, it is generally agreed that oysters contain the most zinc than that of any other foodstuffs. 100g of cooked oysters contains about 79mg of zinc (over 500% of the daily value). By comparison, zinc-rich lean beef contains just 12mg of zinc per 100g.
Ginseng is a plant native to East Asia and North America. The species Panax ginseng is the most recognised. For thousands of years it has been used to treat a variety of complaints, mainly sexual / libido problems – in particular in Chinese medicine. Studies indicate ginseng may reduce cholesterol, improve erectile dysfunction, and improve libido. Low levels of both adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and adrenaline suggest low levels of testosterone, and ginseng can help raise amounts of both of these hormones.
A herb native to warmer climes of southern Europe and Asia, fenugreek is widely used for its libido-enhancing powers. At the Applied Science and Nutrition, linked with Brisbane’s University of Queensland, it was concluded that fenugreek extract “demonstrated a significant positive effect on physiological aspects of libido and may assist to maintain normal healthy testosterone levels.” Another point worth noting is that fenugreek contains saponins. These are naturally-occurring chemical compounds which may: promote the release of LH; block other enzymes that convert testosterone into other forms; and increase levels of testosterone’s precursor molecules. On a final note, there is some evidence that powdered fenugreek seeds may help with the control of blood glucose.
An essential factor in any sportsman’s diet, magnesium assists with the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins. Crucially for a testosterone booster like TestoFuel, a study reported “that supplementation with magnesium increases free and total testosterone values in sedentary and in athletes. The increases are higher in those who exercise than in sedentary individuals.” This would indicate that individuals who exercise regularly when taking supplements containing magnesium boost their testosterone levels than those who take supplements without exercising.
A key vitamin in the “B” group, vitamin B6 reduces estrogen production, thereby increasing testosterone levels. An Austrian study revealed that vitamin B6 plays an important part in testosterone production: individuals with adequate vitamin B6 levels had significantly higher testosterone levels than those with lower levels of the vitamin.
Not heard of it, eh? Not many people have. Vitamin K is present (mostly) in green leafy vegetables and cheese, and most research has been conducted using the humble rat. The general conclusion is that there is a correlation between low vitamin K2 levels and low testosterone levels. It’s not the most conclusive statement, but arguably it’s better to have vitamin K in a testosterone supplement than to leave it out. To conclude, it’s suggested that vitamin K plays a direct role on testosterone synthesis that becomes disrupted when there are lower levels of vitamin K.
An essential mineral (and metal) for various reasons, but what of its testosterone-enhancing properties? It is universally agreed that zinc deficiency is prevalent throughout the world (including the USA). In men, severe and moderate deficiency of zinc is associated with hypogonadism (a reduction in function of the gonads). Research has concluded that zinc may play an important role in modulating serum testosterone levels in normal men. Undoubtedly zinc is a key ingredient in testosterone supplements.

“I really liked that the product has all natural ingredients. I decided to pull the trigger and give it a try and I haven’t looked back since. After just about a couple weeks I started to notice an increase in both my mood and energy, especially in the gym. My lifts eventually started to go up week after week and the muscle mass was started to pack on as well as my body fat going down. I’ve been on Testo Fuel for a couple months now and I absolutely love the product. I plan on continuing to take it and hope to see more and more consistent results.”
“I’m a regular user. I buy the 4 box bundles and have been using it for over a year now. The only negative thing is the price; I’d like to see discounts for loyal users and I’m disappointed the T-shirts have been discontinued. Apart from that it’s a fantastic product and I swear by it.”
“I first heard of this product from a friend of mine, and though skeptical, I decided to give it a try. I was expecting to get results after a few months, but it only took a couple of weeks before I started noticing the differences….I felt physically better, stronger and revitalized. It’s also boosted my sex drive, and I don’t get sick as often like before.”
“When I first started taking it i was skeptical, but within the first week I felt the system working. I was much more active and motivated to hit the gym, and because the results were there I had the mentality to keep going to the gym again and again and again. I was able to see surprising results within a week, and a month later I’m feeling amazing and looking very close to my goal.”
Five years’ in the business speaks volumes, and it’s no coincidence TestoFuel is rated highly. This is a solid “all rounder” that delivers. Fuel your body with Testo Fuel and you won’t look back.
