- 1 tablespoonsalt
- 3 tablespoonsgarlic salt
- 1 teaspooncelery salt
- 1/2 teaspoonground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoononion powder
- 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
- 1/2 teaspoondried dill
- 1/2 teaspoonrubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoonground, dried rosemary
- 1 (3 pound)tri-tip steak
- 1 coolerbeer
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 50 mins | Extra time: 1 day, marinating
- Mix all spices and 1 bottle of beer in large plastic reseal able bag. Add steak and marinate for 24 hours.
- Sear on grill to lock in juices, then grill on low to desired degree of doneness. Let rest a few minutes before carving.
