What is testosterone?

Testosterone is the main male hormone responsible for normal growth and development of the sex organs, in addition to body mass, bone structure and general mood. In men it is produced in the testes. It is controlled by the pituitary gland and hypothalamus.

What is low testosterone (low-T) treatment?

What are the signs of low testosterone?

Are there risks of undergoing TRT?

Side-effects may include: disruption in sleeping, increase in the amount of red blood cells (may lead to blood clots or heart attacks), oily skin, and fluid retention.

Should I avoid TRT?

TRT is generally not recommended if you suffer from prostate / breast cancer or incurable severe sleeping disorders. If in doubt of anything relating to TRT (or any treatments or medication), consult your doctor or physician.
