How should I take Dymatize 100% Whey Protein?
Dymatize Nutrition recommend that you take 1 to 2 portions a day. These portions can be taken before workouts, after workouts or anytime making the supplement very flexible. In order to make the shake you should mix 2 scoops with 6-8 oz of water or any other beverage. Having said that, measurements vary between different flavors. For example Cookies and Cream requires at least 8oz of liquid and Gourmet Vanilla needs around 7-8oz. All other flavors need 6-8oz.

Our Verdict
The jury’s out about the flavours, but overall this is a sound product. It does contain salt and Xanthan gum, though, but the price is spot on and it includes a hefty amount of BCAAs.
